At Talori, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely delighted with your purchase, we offer complimentary return shipping for domestic orders. Please review the details below to ensure your item is eligible for return.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Engagement ring returns follow special guidelines—see below for more information.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- In new, unused condition
 - In their original packaging
 - Not engraved, resized, or altered
 - Security tag attached.
 
Final Sale Items:
Sale pieces, exchanged items, custom or special orders, limited editions, items showing sign of wear and any altered or resized jewelry—including rings—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased at our Newton, MA showroom are eligible for exchange only, within 10 business days of purchase. All standard return conditions and final sale policies also apply to in-store purchases.
Returning Online Purchases
To start your return:
- To request a complimentary return shipping label, please contact us by phone or email. We ship using FedEx and UPS, and Talori reserves the right to select the most suitable carrier for your return.
 - Ensure your item is carefully packaged with: 1. The original receipt. 2. All original packaging and enclosures
 - Once you receive your shipping label, you can schedule a pickup or drop off your package at the selected carrier’s location.
 
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund or exchange—typically within a few business days. Refunds will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles.
Important Shipping Instructions
To ensure secure shipping and prompt processing:
- Always contact us first before shipping your return.
 - We’ll provide a label with the correct insurance coverage. 
 - Improperly shipped returns may delay processing.
 
Engagement Ring Return Policy
- Eligible for Return: Non-custom, non-altered, not made to order engagement rings may be returned within 10 days. 
 - Final Sale: All made-to-order, customized, or resized engagement rings are final sale. 
 - Deposits: Any deposits on canceled special orders are non-refundable.
