Every jewelry purchase from Talori includes a complimentary lifetime warranty, providing coverage for any repairs due to manufacturer defects. This reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and your long-term satisfaction.

What’s Covered:

  • Repairs resulting from verified manufacturer defects
  • Lifetime support for craftsmanship-related issues

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss, theft, or accidental damage
  • Issues caused by misuse, improper care, or owner negligence
  • Damage due to unauthorized alterations or repairs
  • Talori is not responsible for the loss of gemstones (including diamonds) larger than 0.25ct. We strongly recommend insuring your jewelry through a reputable independent insurance provider.
  • This warranty becomes void if your jewelry is repaired or altered by any service provider other than Talori.
